THOMAS (TOM) RONALD MACK Unexpectedly on Sunday 17th May 2015, at Royal Blackburn Hospital, Tom aged 35 years. The loving husband of Lisa , a devoted and loving dad of Chelsea, Tommy, Bethany, Tyler, Jayden, Tyson and Kelliegh, a dearly loved son of Barbara and Steve, a much loved brother of Craig and Annie and also a dear uncle. 'Tom will be sadly missed by both his family and many friends. A service and cremation will be held at Pleasington Crematorium on Friday 29th May 2015 at 10.45am. Family flowers only please.
