JAMES (JIM) HEAP The family of the late James Heap wish to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for the kindness and sympathy shown to them during their recent bereavement Also for the cards, letters of condolence and donations to The Brain Tumour Charity received at this sad time. Thanks to District Nurse Leanna Dickinson and Lorraine from the Rapid Assessment Team. Special thanks to the paramedics for their prompt attendance and the wonderful care they gave to Jim. Finally thanks to Pete Goulding for a comforting service and to Hannah and the staff of The Co-operative Funeralcare in Blackburn for their dignified arrangemements.
