X FACTOR singer Nikki Conway is performing in Preston tonight to raise cash for the Madison Allan Appeal.
Nikki, 29, who works for children’s services at Blackburn with Darwen Council, will be taking to the stage at St Bernards Catholic Club in a bid to help boost coffers for the fund.
The night will involve an auction with prizes donated by local businesses and football clubs, a raffle and bingo.
Nikki, who beat competition from 250,000 wannabe popstars to make it to the last 400 of the 2009 X Factor live auditions, said she head heard about the appeal from her dad, who knows Madison’s family.
She said: “Knowing what Maddi and her family are going through is heartbreaking. I hope lots of people will come along and support this event.”
Madison needs £250,000 to pay for specialist treatment on a stomach cancer abroad.
