Following on from last week here is another recipe that could quite easily be made up with ingredients you may already have in your kitchen cupboards or even tucked away in the back of your freezer, I am the world’s worst when it comes to freezers, yes I will put things in but unless it’s ice cream I will go and buy fresh rather than use something out of the freezer.

Last week I used one of the recipes from the demonstration at the launch of Bolton’s new local produce market and we would like to thank all of you who came down and supported the traders. There are still a few stalls to fill but what I found encouraging is that the producers that have signed up so far are all really passionate about their products and that really shows in the quality.
