Bored TV presenter Richard Hammond has used his spare time to make a YouTube video about, you’ve guessed it, a car.
Sort of.
The video titled Boredom solved: I’ll go for a drive shows Hammond getting into a classic car, driving out of shot to apparently buy a Pot Noodle, before he returns home.
As he trudges past the camera and out of shot, he again declares: “Bored.”
It is the third video the presenter has posted to his own YouTube channel, set up after Top Gear was effectively taken off the air after co-host Jeremy Clarkson was axed by the BBC.
Richard posted the film on the video-sharing site, saying: “Not sure this stands up as a car show, but there is a car in it. Sort of.”
He made a similar no-names mentioned reference to Top Gear when he linked to the two-minute long vid on Twitter.
For extra impact, and to hammer home the message that he’s at a loose end, his YouTube channel is called “Richard Hammond is bored”.
