They were joined at the awards by their friends Emily Blunt and John Krasinski, as well as Mark Wahlberg and his wife Rhea Durham, who brought their daughter Ella.
Recently-engaged Benedict Cumberbatch was there with his Imitation Game co-star Keira Knightley, while Reese Witherspoon also attended in a hot pink knee-length dress.
Other famous faces on the who’s who of Hollywood guest list included Steve Carell, Robert Downey Jr, Octavia Spencer, Mark Ruffalo, Tilda Swinton, Hilary Swank, Jessica Chastain, David Oyelowo, Eddie Redmayne and Jake Gyllenhaal.
