DARWEN'S St Cuthbert's Amateur Dramatic Society's latest production, of Good Old Summertime takes place from May 9 to 12.

A comedy set in an Edwardian seaside boarding house, Good Old Summertime features colourful characters including a domineering landlady, her Cockney maid and a handsome Italian waiter.

The guests are a young couple, another couple from Yorkshire who are celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary and who have a teenage daughter.

Good Old Summertime will play from Wednesday until Saturday, at St Cuthbert's Primary School in St Alban's Road, Darwen.

Opening night is concessions night when all tickets are priced at £3, with tickets for May 10, 11 and 12 priced at £5 for adults and £4 for children.
