What a lovely picture on your website of the little girl in Leyland, the first to get a second Asbo.

From the smile on her face, I suspect she couldn’t have been more delighted had she won the lottery.

I have read in the national press that these Anti-Social Behaviour Orders are merely trophies to the little scoundrels who achieve them.

When will such wisdom filter down to the local courts and the police who persist in handing them out?
