WELLS John Anthony (Tony) Vivienne, Lee, Caroline and family would like to thank relatives, friends and neighbours for cards, messages of sympathy and donations to Dementia UK received during this difficult time. Special thanks to Michele, Elizabeth and Brian for the comforting service and to all who attended the service, including members of the Ambulance Service past and present and Tony's fellow masons.
