A garage and electric sub-station in Preston have been badly damaged in a blaze in the early hours of this morning.
A car parked in a nearby car port was also left completely burnt out following the fire in Tower Lane, Fulwood, at 1.42am.
Two fire crews from Fulwood and Preston spent an hour tacking the blaze which had spread to nearby trees.
The cause of the fire is currently being investigated.
