Preston North End have announced the dates for their first pre-season friendlies of the new season.

The Lilywhites will once again take on local sides Bamber Bridge and Chorley on July 15.

The games will both be played simultaneously and Alan Irvine's squad will be split between the matches at Bamber Bridge's Irongate and Chorley's Victory Park.

The game at Chorley will see the two sides competing for the Jack Kirkland Trophy.

Both matches will kick-off at 7pm.
