A PLAN to construct 14 bungalows in Longridge have been submitted to Ribble Valley Borough Council.
The application for four one-bed and ten two-bed homes is due to be considered by the council later this year.
Applicant J P Nixon Builders are seeking to construct the properties in land off Towneley Road.
Residents have until Wednesday, July 1, to send their views on the proposal to the council.
Members of the Planning and Development Committee are expected to make a final decision on the application by the end of the year.
