FIREFIGHTERS were called to make a vehicle safe after a crash near Windermere late yesterday (Friday).
The collision, involving just the one vehicle, occurred shortly before midnight and there were no casualties.
A Cumbria Fire and Rescue spokesman said: "At 23:20, firefighters made a vehicle safe following a road traffic collision involving one vehicle outside the Low Wood Hotel on Ambleside Road (A591) in Windermere. Nobody was injured."
The make and model of the vehicle was not revealed.
