ADAM Le Fondre will be offering Wolves an inside track on Wanderers on his return to the Macron Stadium.

Even though the striker thanked Neil Lennon for “reinvigorating” his career last season in a loan spell from Cardiff, he is preparing to unload all his tips and tricks to his team-mates before tomorrow’s game.

Kenny Jackett has even organised a special team meeting for Le Fondre to air his views on how to claim three points against his former club.

“He is now chief scout and I’m looking forward to hearing what he has to say,” said the Wolves boss. “He says he needs Powerpoint for his presentation, so that’s going to be interesting.”

There will be no hard feelings in the terraces at Wanderers, where Le Fondre was serenaded as a hero last season with eight goals in a successful loan spell.

A deal could not be struck with Cardiff to bring the 27-year-old back to the fold, much to Lennon and the supporters’ chagrin.

But while the player is looking forward to coming back to Bolton, he has warned the Whites that he won’t be going easy.

“It felt like I was there for longer than the three months that it was with how it went and how the fans treated me,” he said.

“I had a great time there and it really reinvigorated me and re-established me. I really enjoyed my football there and was scoring goals again. I can't thank Bolton and Neil Lennon enough for the opportunity they gave me, but there can be no mixed feelings.

“On Saturday, I will be going back and giving my all to try and get a result for Wolves. I want to score in any game, whoever I am playing against and while I am looking forward to going to the Macron Stadium again, it is about trying to score and help Wolves to the three points.”

Le Fondre is expected to start his first Championship game for Wolves after netting the winner against Charlton Athletic before the international break.

Jackett’s striking options have been reduced after Nouha Dicko was ruled out for the rest of the season with a cruciate ligament injury.
