CELEBRITY chef Paul Heathcote's restaurant portfolio has been named as one of the country's best.
The chain of 15 restaurants, which includes the Longridge Restaurant and Olive Press, Clitheroe, has been ranked top in the UK by business support firm Best Companies.
It has now been selected as a "test company" for the competition next year.
