CIVIC relations were anything but chilly when the honorary Icelandic consul dropped into Bury.
Mr David Wilson was paying a courtesy call to the Mayor of Bury, Councillor Barry Briggs.
Mr Wilson is also a vice Lord Lieutenant of Greater Manchester, and a former chairman of North Manchester Health Authority.
