STEVE Walsh and Simon Nicklin bowled A&T to an unlikely last-over victory over Walshaw.
Batting first, A&T were bitterly disappointed to be bowled out for just 143 on a good wicket. It was a score that looked totally inadequate if they were to get back into the championship race.
Pro Bazid Khan top scored with 43 while Chris Bullock made 25 and Matt Cutt 23.
A&T set about rescuing the game in great fashion, reducing Walshaw to 35-5 before Faulkner (58) and Dyson (14) got them back into the game.
Going into the last over the match was in the balance, Walshaw needing five for the win and A&T needing one wicket. The game went A&T's way when Nicklin trapped Chapman lbw to complete figures of 4-31. Walsh was equally impressive with figures of 4-52.
