Residents living close to a new housing development in Douglas Road and Tong Lane in Bacup are asking developers to amend their scheme.
Residents say their homes would be overshadowed by the five bedroom detached properties set to be built on the site.
They are to ask McDermott Homes, based in Burnley to revise their plans for the 54 house development.
