PEOPLE are being asked to vote to get extra fast broadband internet access in Blackburn and Darwen.
A nationwide survey run by BT is trying to discover which areas want so called superfast broadband most.
But BT have promised that the five exchanges in the UK where most people express an interest in the service will have it installed by early 2012.
Council leader Kate Hollern said: “High speed internet would be a boost for business, putting local firms in the communications fast lane.”
