POLICE are to crush two quad bikes seized during a crackdown on anti-social behaviour in Darwen.
Officers were called to the junction 4 services of the M65 on Friday, and took the bikes off a group of male youths aged between 16 and 18, seen riding anti-socially.
The bikes, which had been hidden behind the bin stores, were discovered around 11pm.
Police have issued a reminder that it is illegal to ride mini-motos, mopeds, motorised scooters and quad bikes in public places such as on footpaths or pavements and in play areas and parks.
