A HOUSING expert has predicted that first-time buyers will help the market recover after another fall in prices.
Simon Ainsworth, from East Lancashire law firm Napthens, said: “House price increases are cyclical, and we should eventually get to a point where first time buyers will be able to afford properties again, which in turn will help to kickstart the market again.”
