CONSERVATION area plans are currently being drafted to help protect Great Harwood town centre.
Residents are being asked to have their say before plans are finalised. Heritage consultants commissioned by Hyndburn Council have already put forward a number of proposals.
Currently the conservation area covers key civic buildings and town hall square.
New proposals would extend the current conservation area boundaries to cover a wider area.
Public consultation is to take place between Monday, March 21 and Friday, April 8.
Residents will be able to view exhibitions and leaflets as well as attend a public meeting.
The issue will be discussed at Great Harwood Area Management Council at Bank Mill House, Church Street on Thursday March 24 at 7pm.
