A MAN who was given a five-year ASBO for faking heart attacks and abusing hospital staff has been given a curfew after breaching the order.
Derek Francis Sergeant, 52, of Shadsworth Road, Blackburn, was drunk in a public place on September 30, and magistrates gave him a six week curfew.
He will now be electronically tagged.
A court heard last year that Sergeant went to a hospital department over 70 times in six months, each time play-acting, and was banned from abusing staff or calling 999 unless it is a genuine emergency.
