PLANS for a new bar in Burnley town centre are set to be given the green light this week.
An application to turn the former Blockbusters store on the corner of St James’s Row into a bar will be considered by Burnley Council’s development control committee tomorrow.
The bar will open from 10am to 3am seven days a week.
The scheme is recommended for approval by Burnley Council’s planning officers.
