MEETING People at the first gathering in Oswaldtwistle
A SECOND emergency meeting is being held by residents to discuss the swarms of flies plaguing Oswaldtwistle.
Despite promises that rubbish dumped on the Nipa site by Blakeleys Waste would be removed today, a statement has appeared on Facebook claiming the landowner will not grant permission for the company to access the land.
Residents will be holding the meeting in Nook Lane, Oswaldtwistle tonight at 6pm.
