20 cars were damaged in Blackburn in a late-night vandalism spree.
The incidents happened in Little Harwood on Monday night around 10.30pm.
20 cars were damaged, mostly by having tyres slashed, in streets including Bethel Road, Warrington Street, Wareham Street and Brooklands Terrace.
Officers are checking CCTV to see if any of the incidents were caught on camera.
