ADACTUS Housing Group has announced plans to build 155 new homes in Chorley in partnership with the council.
The plans, which cover the next four years, represent an overall investment of almost £15m in new housing.
The homes will be managed by Chorley Community Housing (CCH) on behalf of Adactus.
The plans bring the number of new homes that have or will have been provided by CCH in Chorley to 340 since March 2007.
