THE University of Central Lancashire has received a massive increase in its research funding.
UCLAN has been given £3.828million from the Higher Education Funding Council, a 154 per cent increase compared to last year.
Professor Patrick McGhee, deputy vice-chancellor said: "This is marvellous news for the University, Preston and the North West and means we will attract even more internationally outstanding academics to the region.”
