A 30-year-old man who carried out a robbery in Preston's Avenham park days after being released from prison is back behind bars.
Stuart Pirolli, of no fixed address, admitted robbery and was jailed indefinitely at Preston Crown Court.
He was told he will have to serve at least a year before his case can be considered by the Parole Board.
Pirolli was under the influence of alcohol and drugs and the motive for the offence last August was to fund his drug habit.
