A community clean up of an area of land in Avenham that has become quite unsightly, has been organised.
The area, in Hudson Street behind St Augustine's School, has become strewn with litter and abandoned domestic items.
The clean up event, organised by Prime Focus, will involve other local agencies including Avenquest Homes, Neighbourhood Services, the police and local residents.
It starts at 10am tomorrow and will carry on to mid afternoon.
