Rodney Swarbrick has retired from his position as chairman and member of Bushell House trustees.
He has been a member of the Goosnargh establishment for 24 years and chairman for the past six-and-a-half-years.
Andrew Penny has been elected new chairman.
William Bushell directed that Bushell House should be used as a hospital for elderly Protestant gentlemen and gentlewomen in the early 18th Century.
