Delays as M65 closed

THE M65 is closed between junctions one (Bamber Bridge) and two (Walton Summit) after reports of a man acting suspiciously by the side of the motorway.
Lancashire police said the motorway was closed as a precaution in case the man ran in to the line of traffic.
They are hoping to re-open the motorway later this morning.
