CHRIS Eagles served up a sensational double to fire Burnley back into the top six last night.
The Clarets bounced back from a disappointing 3-3 draw at Sheffield United, where they led twice, to claim fourth spot with a 3-0 win over Barnsley.
It was Eagles who stole the show with his fifth and sixth goals of the season, prompting manager Brian Laws to label the winger as “unplayable”.
“He’s unstoppable,” said Laws.
“When he's in that confident mood and he’s doing all that work off the ball – he’s prepared to do all the running and chasing – he’s in sensational form.
“What a player.
“When he's in that kind of form he's unplayable, and he's frightening to watch.”
