After their 4-0 victory over Silsden in midweek, Colne netted another four goals thanks to an impressive hat-trick by striker Danny Boyle.
Boyle put the Reds ahead but the Manchester side rocked Holt House by going into a 2-1 lead, which they held until the break.
But Boyle struck twice more and Flixton’s James Russell was dismissed.
And Rishton cricketer Ben Bridson then wrapped up the points a minute from time.
