Carl’s not feeling Blue over Clitheroe moves
CLITHEROE chairman turned manager Carl Garner believes the Blues can continue to move forward after he replaced Peter Smith in the Shawbridge hotseat.
Smith quit last Wednesday and in a shock move Garner resigned as chairman and was then appointed as manager.
Garner’s former vice-chairman Anne Barker has taken over as chairman.
