Ryan Giggs’ brother Rhodri scored an extra time winner to knock Clitheroe out of the FA Trophy.
The Blues lost a 2-0 lead in Saturday’s first game at Salford and were defeated 2-1 in the preliminary round replay despite going ahead through Josh Hine.
