Rishton’s Steve Entwistle is one of the favourites to win this weekend’s Hexham Historic Rally in his iconic Orangebox Mini.
Entwistle, who finished sixth overall on last month’s Illuminations Rally, is seeded at car five in the ex-Roy Mapple Mini with Bob Hargreaves on the maps.
The final round in the 2011 NESCRO calendar, the event, offers a 120-mile route over some classic, all asphalt roads in wildest Northumberland.
