BURNLEY have completed the loan signing of Wolves and Wales striker Sam Vokes this afternoon.
The 22-year-old has put pen to paper on a deal that will run until mid-January and will go into Eddie Howe's squad to face Leeds United at Turf Moor tomorrow (kick-off 12.45pm).
The Clarets faced competition from Southampton and Doncaster but Vokes chose to be reunited with his former Bournemouth team-mate Eddie Howe, who he worked with during two years at Dean Court.
Vokes was sold to Wolves in 2008.
He has gone on to have four other loan spells, including a stint with Leeds.
The Southampton-born forward has made seven league and cup appearances for Wolves this season, and scored twice in two minutes in Wales' 4-1 win over Norway last weekend.
