Bamber Bridge further enhanced their play-off credentials with this closely fought encounter with second placed Curzon Ashton at Irongate on Tuesday tonight.
Brig had the better of the first half and went ahead in the 29h minute with a Stephen Brown goal.
The visitors hit back after the break with an equaliser in the 56th minute.
Opportunities were at a premium in an evenly balanced game dominated by both defences who gave little away.
