Brown 50 Salmon 56 Porter 87 Brown 88 Salmon 90 A second-half blitz from Bamber Bridge reignited their play-off hopes as they shocked their promotion rivlas with five goals after the break.

Brig had dominated the first period, but went in at the break with nothing to show for all their hard work.

It was a different story in the second half as a thunderbolt free-kick from Stephen Brown put Brig ahead on 50 minutes.

Ryan Salmon doubled the lead six minutes later.

Alex Porter got a third three minutes before the fibal whistle and Salmon added one more each to finish of the rout.

Brig now just need a point at Clitheroe on Saturday to secure a place in the end of season play-offs.
