Chorley returned to form after last weekend's defeat with a 1-0 win Rushall Olympic in wet conditions at Victory Park.
The match, in front of a 613 crowd was delayed until 8.30pm due to road delays which held up the opposition.
Chorley’s winner was a headed effort by Steve Foster from a Dale Whitham cross.
