Beverley trip for Preston Grasshoppers in EDF Trophy

Preston Grasshoppers make an early return to Beaver Park to play Beverley in the first round of this coming season's EDF Trophy.
The match will take place on Saturday, October 18.
Hoppers have landed a home tie in the first round of the Lancashire Cup against Division One team and last year's Lancashire Cup losing finalists, Sedgley Park.
The game is scheduled to be played on Saturday or Sunday January 17-18, 2009 although there is an option to play the game earlier or even as a pre-season game.
