Death of long-time Hoppers member

Preston Grasshoppers have announced the death of long-time member Bert Dransfield.
Mr Dransfield died in hospital on March 7. He had been the chairman of the 1869 Club from its inception until he stood down 12 months ago.
He had been in poor health for some time.
