Mixed day for Preston rugby juniors at county cup finals

Preston Grasshoppers Juniors had mixed fortunes in the Lancashire Cup Finals at Sefton, Liverpool with a victory, a defeat and a washout.
The Under 13s were comfortable victors 48-8 over West Parkbut the Under 15s lost narrowly to Liverpool Collegiate 13-17.
Unfortunately,Hoppers Under 16s eagerly awaited re-match against Ormskirk was postponed due to the pitch being deemed dangerous by the officials.
The game will now be played next Saturday at Lightfoot Green as a curtain raiser to the Senior Lancashire clash against Warwickshire.
